Everyone who will have contact with students must complete the forms as listed below. Both the Pennsylvania Criminal History and the Pennsylvania Child Abuse Criminal History background checks must be completed online (the links are in the School Volunteer Form link below). These are free for you to complete as a volunteer. Please bring to the main school office a hard copy of your clearances and the other forms to be kept on file.
